Fredricks will be launching a new extensive and exciting menu that consists of a wide selection of nibbles, starters, main courses
consisting of old favorites & classics, specialty items, grills & homemade deserts.
FREDRICKS AT MACHYNYS
Fredricks at Machynys is located on the first floor of the clubhouse overlooking the Nicklaus golf course and Carmarthenshire Bay with the beautiful Gower coastline beyond. The Brasserie welcomes visitors whether it’s for a bar snack or a drink on its wrap-around sundeck or a full a la carte meal in its 90 seat restaurant. There is a lift for access to the first floor.
The balcony which wraps itself around two sides of the Brasserie is a great place for an alfresco meal. If the weather is less favourable, take a table inside and enjoy the cosiness of the real log fire.
Not too many froths, foams and teetering towers of food: more wholesome, hugely interesting dishes in generous platefuls partnered with a first-rate wine list, all overseen by our talented Head Chef.
The Brasserie Bar and Lounge offers an intimate setting with its blazing log fire. For a full lunch or bar snack, Fredricks at Machynys offers a full A La Carte lunchtime and evening menu.
The restaurant offers a more sophisticated setting, particularly for those special occasions.
