What is Botox?Botox is an injectable treatment for wrinkles in the upper face and works by stopping the muscles from creating the creases that go on to make wrinkles

You will be able toask all the questions you have about this procedure at this meeting

How long does the procedure take?Usually the procedure takes between 15 and 30 minutes, depending on the number of injections needed.

What can I expect afterwards? Results are visible 3 to 5 days after and may last 3 to 5 months at times even longer. The procedure may be repeated and with each new treatment results are expected to last longer.

Fillers

What are Fillers? There are many different fillers on the market but the majority consist of a liquid gel containing hyaluronic acid- a substance normally found in healthy skin-which tends to disappear as we age. Some fillers such as Juvaderm have additional local anesthetic within the gel.

How are Fillers administered?Fillers are injected into creases and wrinkles in the lower face after a local anesthetic cream has been applied. They are used to fill the lines from nose to the corner of the mouth, augment lips, and reduce ‘smoker’s lines’ on the upper lip and other facial lines.
