I have been involved in fitness for many years having played rugby, completed numerous half marathons and dedicated myself to strength and power training.I also have experience in Thai boxing and like to add these skills to my personal training and group class sessions. I currently organise the running club and take circuits in the gym. I have particular experience of training people with disabilities and train clients specifically for the chosen sports.
